Working in partnership Our vision is of a Children’s Hearings System where everyone works together, making sure that all children and young people are cared for and protected, and their views are heard, respected and valued. We work with partners across the Children's Hearings System to achieve this vision. Children’s Hearings Improvement Partnership (CHIP) CHIP is made up of a range of partners who work together, sharing ideas and co-ordinating our efforts to improve services for children and young people. CHIP is made up of 16 member organisations including the Scottish Government, Scottish Children's Reporter Administration (SCRA), CELCIS, Scottish Social Services Council, Police Scotland and the Safeguarders Panel. Our Hearings, Our Voice This new Board aims to provide children and young people with experience of the Children's Hearings System with the opportunity to have a decision-making role. It will help created shared understanding, positive change and imrpovement in the Children's Hearings System through young people's lived experiences. Find our more about OHOV. The Hearings Management Group Established by SCRA and CHS, this group focuses on ensuring effective communication, information sharing and problem solving between SCRA and Panel Members around hearings management.
